IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING TIME?
We take bookings from 1 hour to 10 hours long.
CAN I BRING MY OWN TEAM AND MY OWN CLIENTS?
Yes, we encourage you to make full use of the studio space. We ask that you notify us of the total number of people who will attend your booking.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE STUDIO AT ONCE?
While the studio is large, work space should be considered from a technical perspective considering the project you are working. Teams of 2-10 people can work comfortably before work space becomes limited.
DO YOU HAVE A VARIETY OF BACKGROUNDS?
Yes, both on roller and feature set areas. We stock several varied backdrops for our ceiling rollers, and the studio offers several feature areas for set dressing.
IS THERE FURNITURE I CAN USE FOR PROPS?
Within the studio main space is a varied stock of attractive furniture for use on a set, as well as functional furniture to assist technical staff.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Should you require cancellation, we ask you call or email to request the cancellation before 48 hours to the booking start time, at which point we will offer to rebook at a suitable time or simply cancel your original booking. Failure to request cancellation within 48 hours of the booking start time will result in a cancellation fee.
CAN I POWER MULTIPLES OF EQUIPMENT?
We have an independent connection from the rest of the building, as such our load cap is high and stable. If you are concerned about bringing high power equipment, get in touch and we'll run the figures.
IS THERE WIFI?
Yes, ask for instruction on arrival.
IS THE STUDIO ACCESSIBLE TO WHEELCHAIR USERS?
Unfortunately, the studio space is situated beyond a flight of stairs, restricting access to wheelchair users who require lift assistance. We hope in the future to develop access throughout the main building.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?
All payments should be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash with receipt.
